Counselor Compassion and Self-Care During Difficult Times
Society today seems to be a difficult place, with stories of combativeness and people acting erratically popping up daily on our social media feeds and the news. Add this to the ongoing racial inequity, political unrest, and the worldwide pandemic that just won’t stop, and it’s understandable that people are feeling stressed out. As counselors, it is our job to help our clients navigate these stressors. Let’s talk about these things, and how we are navigating this new, interesting world, and how we are doing this and maintaining our inner peace. Click the PDF below to open the program information.
